Case Study:

Chicann

ChiCann is an organization passionate about the impact cannabis can have on the city of Chicago. They are a diverse group of people of color who are community organizers, activists, educators, researchers, and artists. ChiCann is dedicated to the health, wealth, and well-being of Chicago for those who are here and for the generations to come.

We donated our design services to help build the ChiCann brand because we believe in their mission to create opportunities for Chicago communities to benefit and prosper from the cannabis industry.

The Challenge

ChiCann needed a visual identity that supported the legitimacy, positivity, and potential of the cannabis industry in Chicago.

Our Process

  • Client consultation
  • Brand & competitor research
  • Extensive typography exploration
  • Conceptualization
  • Collaboration and feedback
  • Guidance and recommendations for asset production
  • Finalization of visual identity

The Work

Visual Identity Design

We started ChiCann off with a visual identity package and we’re looking forward to building on it as they grow as an organization.
